mysite.bot is currently a prototype built for the Rapid Agent Hackathon. This service is in an active, experimental stage of development. Bugs, errors, service interruptions, or unexpected AI behaviors may occur. While we employ programmatic checks and guardrails to keep generated sites tracking-free, errors might still be introduced. Always seek professional IT and security advice before using any output of this system for commercial or production purposes.

1. Overview & Commitment to Privacy

At mysite.bot, we are committed to respecting your privacy. Our core philosophy is to build static websites that are 100% cookie-free and tracking-free by default. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our primary marketing site or on the websites generated for you, except as explicitly configured or detailed below.

2. The Experimental Nature of Generative AI

Our system uses Large Language Models (specifically Google Gemini) to dynamically construct site content, code components, and settings. We enforce strict compile-time boundaries and automated lint filters to block tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or cookie-storing scripts.

However, because generative AI is inherently non-deterministic, there is a risk that the AI agent (Sam) may generate code, scripts, or components containing bugs or unintentional tracking mechanisms. While we check outputs and resolve these issues immediately upon discovery, we cannot guarantee absolute cookie-free compliance under all conditions. Users should manually inspect generated code and consult professional IT counsel.

3. Information We Collect

To provide our site-building services, we collect and process the following categories of information:

Account Credentials: Email addresses and login metadata collected during registration or when accessing settings via magic links.
Chat Logs & Transcripts: Text messages, instructions, and files you send to the AI agent (Sam) via Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or our API, which are used to generate your site edits.
Website Content: Text, images, metadata, and structural settings uploaded or requested for your websites.
Payment Data: All subscriptions and top-up transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card or financial data on our servers.

4. How Your Data is Used & Shared

We use your data solely to operate, validate, and build your static websites. Your chat inputs are shared securely with Google Gemini APIs to generate code, and project files are committed to GitLab repositories to execute CI/CD builds and host preview branches. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. You may request the deletion of your account, projects, and chat history at any time by contacting our support team or using the options provided on your Account Dashboard.

6. Changes to this Policy

As this service is a hackathon prototype, this policy may change frequently without notice. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
