🚨 Experimental Hackathon Service Notice
mysite.bot is currently a prototype built for the Rapid Agent Hackathon. This service is in an active, experimental stage of development. Bugs, errors, service interruptions, or unexpected AI behaviors may occur. While we employ programmatic checks and guardrails to keep generated sites tracking-free, errors might still be introduced. Always seek professional IT and security advice before using any output of this system for commercial or production purposes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by mysite.bot, you acknowledge that you are participating in a software beta program designed for a hackathon. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Experimental "As Is" Service
The service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the functionality, visual appearance, search engine compatibility, or uptime of generated sites. You acknowledge that code and content created by AI can contain critical syntax issues, semantic bugs, or functional errors.
We strongly recommend that you seek professional IT and security counsel to inspect, audit, and verify any files produced by our platform before using them for active business, ecommerce, or data handling.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall mysite.bot, its developers, or its hackathon sponsors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, visual site degradation, search index penalties, or data breach resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
4. Generative AI Outputs & Intellectual Property
You retain intellectual property ownership over any original content text, settings, and media assets you feed into the platform. However, the code structure, styles, and templates are open-source (under the AGPL-3.0 license).
Due to the nature of machine learning, outputs generated by AI may not be unique across different user sessions, and we make no warranty concerning copyright clearance or legal compliance of AI-generated content.
5. Token Balance & Payments
Our services utilize credit tokens for billing compilation runtimes. While we offer free trial tiers, subscriptions and top-ups are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable. Because of the experimental nature of the system, some tokens may be consumed during builds that ultimately fail or require self-healing cycles; we make no guarantees of token restoration.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the service to build or publish websites that promote illegal activities, distribute malicious code (malware), conduct phishing campaigns, or infringe on third-party trademark or copyright policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or terminate projects that violate these rules immediately and without notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
